Job description for Chef de Partie – Pizza outlet - Lola’s Pizzeria

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage the pizza section, prepare authentic pizzas, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Handle dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, stretching, and baking.
• Operate pizza ovens including wood-fired, deck, or electric ovens safely and efficiently.
• Prepare sauces, toppings, cheeses, and other ingredients for daily operations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station.
• Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during service.
