You will join a small and busy team of passionate chefs delighting our guests with a menu full of fantastic produce from our district served in truly mouth-watering dishes.
You’ll be a great team player, and flexible and adaptable in all situations, including being mindful of health and dietary requirements of our guests.
Shifts will be worked across either dinner (2.30pm start) or breakfast (5.30am/6am start), or a combination of both.
