Position Overview

            Job Description  Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards. 
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff. 
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation. 
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. 
Assist with stock control and daily kitchen operations. 
 Requirements  Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP or similar role. 
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. 
Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Team player with a positive attitude.
