Position Overview

Job Description
  • Control and direct the korean cuisine food preparation process.
  • Preparation, assembling and cooking of korean dishes.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of stock as needed.
  • Manage and train cooks working with you.
  • Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes.
  • Ensure you and your team possess high standards of food hygiene and follow the health and safety rules.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to ensure profitability.
  • Portioning and plating of dishes are accurate and attractive.
  • Wastage is at the minimum and profit margins are maintained.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
  • Able to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Committed and passionate.
  • Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends...
