Position Overview

Job Summary

You will assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service to ensure smooth timing and execution of dishes. You will prepare pastry dishes that meet company standards for taste, texture, presentation, and portion size while maintaining ingredient quality and consistency. You will take ownership of your station's cleanliness, organization, and readiness, and communicate effectively with the team to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
