Position Overview

            Job Descriptions  Experience in western / mediterranean cuisine. 
Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production. 
Ensure food quality and consistency in food production. 
Maintain minimum wastage and waiting period for serving. 
Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef. 
 Job Requirements  Minimum 3 years culinary experience or skills. 
Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays. 
Possess positive work attitude and able to work in fast pace environment.
