Chef de Partie | Luxury Lodge | Eastern Cape

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our luxury lodge team in the Eastern Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef with a strong background in 5-star hospitality and upmarket cuisine.

Requirements

-Diploma or formal Culinary Arts qualification

-Completed commercial cookery apprenticeship or equivalent

-Minimum 3 years’ experience producing high-end cuisine

-Previous experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel environment

-HACCP/Food Safety certification preferred

-Knowledge of GAAP POS and MS Excel

-Strong food costing and wastage control knowledge

-Team player able to work well under pressure

-Driver’s license advantageous
