Casual Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie in events, you will work as part of the kitchen team, reporting to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef/ Sous Chef and the rest of the brigade. The focus of the role will involve all aspects within the main kitchen department. You will be responsible for preparing fresh food and cooking different cuisines for the banqueting, buffet events and food kiosks. Managing and maintaining the cleanliness in the main kitchen department is also essential for this role.
