Position Overview

Job Description

  • Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
  • Salary £32,000 per annum
  • An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every month, about annually)
  • You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues
  • Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
  • Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
  • Assisting with the development of menus
  • Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative 
  • Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.

  • A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food.
  • Experience at 3 AA Rosette environment is ideal or at least 5 years’ experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
