What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Passion for producing quality food with consistency and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to confidently run your own section.
• A team‑first attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
