Planning menus, creating new dishes, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety standards.
Passion for cooking, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, excellent leadership skills, experience managing a team, a degree in Culinary Arts, and at least five years of experience as a Chef.
