Job Title: Commis 1 Chef We are looking for a Commis 1 Chef to support daily kitchen operations at our café. The candidate should have basic kitchen experience, be disciplined, and be able to follow recipes and hygiene standards properly. Responsibilities: Prepare food items as per café recipes and standards Handle prep work, cooking, plating, and basic kitchen setup Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen Check stock levels and inform seniors about shortages Support the chef during busy service hours Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation Properly store ingredients and reduce wastage Requirements: Prior café/restaurant kitchen experience preferred Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene Ability to work quickly and follow instructions Punctual, clean, and responsible Should be comfortable with sandwiches, pasta, eggs, fries, and basic café food Location: Edit 5, M3M 65th Avenue, Gurgaon
