Our client requires a Chef Manager to run a contract in the provision of high end further education catering. Set up in order to help people meet their full potential, this is a great environment in which to work. They are currently seeking an experienced Chef Manager, with a background in education catering, to take up the challenge.
Working on a Monday to Friday basis, 39 weeks per year, you will be managing a team of 5 providing to circa 1000 students. You will be involved in the day to day multi-outlet catering services on site and work with suitable menus that exceed expectations.
