About the role

The Mustard Seed Murray Bridge is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Murray Bridge, South Australia. As our Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests, while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

Creating, innovating and planning Menus.

Plan, prepare and cook a variety of high-quality, innovative dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilisation of resources

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation and service

Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that showcase the best local and seasonal produce
