- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, workstation, equipment and storage areas.
- Check food ingredients and assist with stock control when required.
- Monitor food quality, portioning and presentation before serving.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.
