Position Overview

Responsibilities:  
Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standards and recipes. 
Ensure food quality and presentation are of the highest standards. 
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and modify menus, ensuring seasonality and creativity. 
Manage kitchen staff (if applicable) and oversee kitchen operations during shifts. 
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients. 
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. 
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff. 
Ensure efficient time management during meal preparation and service. 
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience. 
Requirements:
