We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to join our team at Wallaroo Cafe & Restaurant. This is a full-time role with a salary between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on your experience. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and design menus that suit roadhouse customers and control food costs.
2. Estimate food and labour costs and place orders for supplies.
3. Supervise food preparation and presentation to keep high standards.
