Job Purpose:
Chemist/NIR Technician is responsible in performing NIR analysis as prescribed in the Work Instruction Manual. He/she is responsible to monitor trend of analysis and report any deviation to the Laboratory Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze in the NIR machine sample of raw materials and finished products from Bulacan plant and Toll milling plants. Release NIR result of raw materials to QA Raw Material/Finished Good Inspector as part of the acceptance criteria. Issue a Non conformity report for non conforming raw materials to purchasing, followed by a RM disposition slip. Send a Non conformity report and Request for corrective action (RFCA) for non conforming finished product to Mill Supervisor whether rejected or hold for further evaluation.
