Provide rapid andtimelytechnical service,assistingSales and customers.

Recommend R&D programs (internal or external), investigate, develop, and implementnew technologies.

Provide technical support to all company departments.

Effectivelyinterface withsuppliers inidentifying, qualifying, and in some cases developing new raw materials.

Participate in developing new lab testing procedures.

Serve as a mentor to less experienced technical staff, helping to improve the overall scientific caliber of the Lab personnel.
