Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Conduct inspection and testing on all incoming raw material, work in progress (WIP) material and outgoing finished goods. 
Ensure all incoming raw materials & packaging material meet the specifications and released for use in production. 
Perform inventory transactions in Microsoft NAV as part of quality inspection and product release process. 
Maintain clean and safe work environment complying with workplace safety & health regulation. 
Assist in investigations and follow-up of products and materials complaint, reject, recall and returned from customers. 
Maintain filing system for the outgoing inspection reports. 
Assist in trending of quality data, monitoring and report on quality procedural deviations. 
Participate in quality and process improvement opportunities 
Support QC/R&D such as preparing lab-mix sample
