Our client, a leader in chemical manufacturing, is looking to hire an entry level **Chemist** to join their team!

**Pay Rate:$21/hour**
**Hours** : 9am- 6pm, Monday- Thursday
**Terms** : contract-to-hire

This candidate will be responsible for assisting with routine quality control wet chemistry in an industrial chemical environment.

**Job Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine quality control testing and evaluation of chemicals and blended products to ensure compliance with established standards.
+ Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
+ Inspect USP containers and tanker shipments, as applicable.
