Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow consumables sales across Pharma, Biopharma, Chemical Materials, Food, Environmental, and Academia markets.
  • Engage new and existing customers through virtual meetings, calls, and digital platforms, with selective onsite visits.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and business partners while developing new accounts.
  • Execute account and territory plans aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Plan and support customer seminars, webinars, and workshops (virtual and onsite).
  • Provide technical and application-level guidance on chemistry consumables and related workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Instrument Sales, Applications and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support consumables and LC solution demonstrations where required.
  • Utilize CRM and Quotation systems to manage opportunities and forecasts accurately.
