Qualifications

• The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic and well‑qualified, holding at minimum a B.Ed. or a B.A. with a PGCE in Chemistry, alongside QTS.
• Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning, including experience teaching the subject across Key Stage 3, 4 & 5.
• Embodies a growth mindset, being reflective, adaptable and solution focused.
• Is creative, enthusiastic and forward‑thinking, with the ability to inspire students.
