We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join our growing medical imaging and healthcare technology organization. This role is critical to maintaining the financial strength of the company by overseeing core accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting leadership with reliable, timely financial data.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and brings experience from healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven environments, with a strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency accounting. This is a Hybrid position for someone who resides in Massachusetts. 
What You’ll Do
Accounting & Financial Operations
+ Oversee daily accounting activities including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations
+ Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
+ Maintain the chart of accounts and accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP
