We are a profitable, vertically integrated group working directly with 5,000 contract farmers across 30,000+ acres in Uttar Pradesh and Central India, with deep partnerships across industry, government and research.

We are hiring a Chief Agriculture Officer to lead the farm-side engine of the group. You will report directly to the promoter and join the leadership group that shapes how Fortune expands into adjacent businesses.

What you will own:

Contract farming and agri-extension

· Streamline operations, field officer SOPs, and monitoring

· Make our agri-advisory and techniques the best in the market

· Plan field and extension for new crops such as oilseeds, fruits and vegetables
