Ghobash Group seeks a Head of Compliance to establish and advance a Group-wide compliance framework across all clusters. You will oversee governance, regulatory management, policy updates and risk assessment while supporting senior leadership in mitigating compliance risks.

You will lead third-party due diligence, privacy, ESG, and AML/CFT programs, coordinating with Audit, Legal, HR, IT and Finance to ensure effective controls and reporting across the Group.
