Job Location: Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Concierge, Bell Desk activities and staff, including Doormen, Valet Parking and airport transportation.
• Provide information to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining options, medical services, tours and other points of interest.
• Recommend the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets foremost, with full knowledge of their offerings and operating times.
• Ensure the lobby is kept orderly at all times.
• Prepare efficient work and vacation schedules for Concierge, Doorman, and Bell Services, accounting for occupancy, forecasts, and large group movements.
• Ensure staff are neat, clean, punctual and perform tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Handle guest-related problems and liaise with department heads or executive management in the absence of the Director of Operations.
