Seeking Chief Cook (C/C) for a tanker - crude oil vessel worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals for crew members according to dietary requirements and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with other galley duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Valid STCW certification
- Previous experience as a Chief Cook on tanker vessels preferred
- Knowledge of international cuisine and dietary restrictions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
