Responsibilities

• Lead an organization of credit professionals managing risk across a diverse lending portfolio
• Set enterprise-wide credit risk strategy across originations, pricing, portfolio management, and collections
• Chair the Credit Committee and engage with the CEO and Board of Directors
• Develop and iterate on proprietary loan products and risk analysis
• Drive automation efforts to compress the application-to-approval funnel
• Act as the primary liaison to regulatory bodies such as the OCC, FRB, and FDIC
