The ideal candidate will ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff by maintaining efficient, reliable, and energy-effective operations across the entire property, including our luxury guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.Key Responsibilities: • Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and water treatment systems across the resort and villas. • Preventative Maintenance: Design and execute a strict, resort-wide Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to eliminate downtime. • Energy & Sustainability: Track, analyze, and optimize power and water cons...
