Chief Engineer

A leading aerospace avionics business based in Fareham is seeking a Chief Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership and act as the organisation's Technical Leader and Certification Authority representative. This is a senior engineering leadership role within a highly regulated civil aerospace environment, responsible for ensuring the airworthiness, compliance and certification of safety‑critical avionics equipment supplied to global aircraft programmes.

The business operates within a regulated civil aviation framework, working directly with certification authorities such as the UK CAA, EASA and FAA, delivering safety‑critical avionics equipment that must meet the highest levels of regulatory compliance and technical excellence.
