Position Overview
Chief Engineer / Facilities Maintenance Manager Job Responsibilities: Oversee the daily engineering and facilities management operations of the hotel. Manage and maintain all M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, lifts, BMS and other building facilities. Lead the engineering team to ensure smooth operations and timely rectification of maintenance issues. Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes to ensure equipment reliability. Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements. Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, and engineering projects. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and workplace safety standards. Support hotel operations to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff.
