Engineering Operations & Service Delivery (R)

• Oversees implementation of preventive, corrective, and comprehensive maintenance programs for all building systems.
• Reviews and approves repair works, system upgrades, consumable requests, and energy conservation initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with technical contracts, SLAs, permits, and regulatory engineering requirements.
• Monitors utilities consumption and system performance, and approves actions for efficiency and cost optimization.
