Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements Prepare master format estimates (Class A) Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bid forms Analyze tenders and recommend awards Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems Monitor and adjust contract expenditures Qualifications

Commercial and/or industrial construction experience Experience with projects $100,001 – $1,500,000 Database skills MS Excel proficiency Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge Benefits
