Allied Community Care is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s finance function.

The ideal candidate pairs strong CFO fundamentals (close, controls, forecasting, cash flow, revenue-cycle stewardship) with hands-on data transformation skills, including advanced use of PowerQuery  to automate reporting, strengthen data integrity, and accelerate decision-making.

This is a high-impact, growth-stage player-coach executive role for a finance leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that runs on strategy and innovation.

The CFO must have the capacity and commitment to operate at the pace required of a senior executive in a scaling company, including periods of sustained hands-on execution, and a work cadence that exceeds a standard 40-hour week when necessary.
