This role requires an experienced finance leader who can drive financial strategy, optimise capital structure, secure diversified funding channels, and ensure robust financial governance and regulatory compliance within a fast-growing licensed fintech lending business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

Own and lead the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis across all business units.

Develop rolling financial forecasts and long-term financial planning models aligned with company growth strategy.

Establish and monitor key financial and performance metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making by the executive team and Board.
