Responsibilities
- Identification and definition of business strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Responsible for the financial IT system, finance and accounting professionals who perform operational and economic resources to ensure the achievement of established deliverables.
- Determine finance KPIs and participate in the definition of financial reports for decision making and recommendations on corrective measures.
- Control of general accounting, taxation, preparation of annual accounts and analysis of market trends to anticipate business difficulties and develop solutions.
- Make mid and long‑term forecasts and define projections to provide a vision for the future.
- Promote budgetary control to achieve the established objectives.
