Position Overview

            Minimum requirements:
  Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a valid certificate from SAICA 
Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience 
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives 
Provide strategic financial input to the CEO and Board of Directors 
Lead long-term financial planning and capital allocation decisions 
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential risks 
Oversee all financial operations 
Management of the reinsurance program 
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and relevant regulations 
Present financial results and recommendations to the Board and stakeholders 
Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks
