They're seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer, representing a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a scaling organization while driving value creation in a PE-backed environment. As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team partnering closely with the CEO and Private Equity stakeholders.
Accountable for all financial aspects across Business & Finance Control, Accounting, financial audit, legal & compliance.Provide clear financial strategy, budget management and investment approvalAct as a sparring partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Private Equity investorsM&A and Integration: lead post-merger integration, with a strong focus on systems, processes, and financial alignmentOversee ERP harmonization, supporting the transition toward a fully integrated environment
