Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall finance and accounting function.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine financial and tax regulations.
• Lead M&A, investor relations, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage and develop the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a CFO.
• Strong background in M&A, investor relations, and financial compliance.
• Proven leadership and strategic finance experience.
