The Company is currently pursuing the balance RM60 million acquisition of a 4‑star hotel it currently manages, with strong occupancy performance, an established operating history of approximately 3 years, and an independent valuation of approximately RM120 million. The Company is also developing a 4‑star business hotel in Klang Valley, and a 4‑star tourism hotel in Penang island, with GDV about RM300 million.
