Experience in Change Management; Strong experience in organizational development, climate and culture management, integration, leadership development by competencies, retention and succession; Experience in Compensation and Benefit negotiation along with Health Plan, Life Insurance, Private Pension providersManagement of Diversity and Inclusion Committees, DPO (Code of Ethics), Compliance, Risks and LGPD; Monitor new actions in terms of sustainability, social and governance acting as a link between the business areas to implement them locally, with a focus on social engagement and the company's reputation; Graduation in Law, Psychology, Administration - post graduation in HR Management; Fluent English and Spanish.
