S trategic:
+ Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy and the prioritization of cross-departmental initiatives.

+ Develop and implement data strategy and enterprise technology solutions for the organization. Ensure technology supports the overall continuous provision of treatment/clinical services and operations aligned to the organizational vision, mission, and strategic goals; actively promoting balanced scorecard and balance long range planning with ability to anticipate needs, organize, lead and troubleshoot operations to achieve desired outcomes.
