Elevate IT service quality as the Chief Support Analyst specialized in end-user IT for the Capital Markets in Toronto. This full-time role requires on-site leadership and expertise.
The Chief IT Support Analyst will deliver advanced support to both onsite and remote users, alongside managing daily operations for maintaining operational integrity and user experience. With a strong operational background and at least 7 years of experience, you will ensure the responsiveness and stability of IT services in a high-pressure environment.
