Summary About the Position: The Chief of Instructional Leadership Development (CILD), reporting to the regional Director of Student Excellence, ensures high-quality education by leading targeted professional development and coaching for district and school leaders to strengthen teaching, leadership, and learning. Federal employees in Sembach are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary.
