**Job Description**

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai’s Affiliation with New York City Health + Hospitals | Queens serving culturally diverse communities in Queens, New York, seeks a physician leader to join our team at Queens as the Chief of Orthopedics, to lead the delivery of high-quality care for all musculoskeletal conditions.

**Qualifications**

+ Must have a MD or DO degree
+ Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery
+ Valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number
+ Should have strong clinical abilities, teaching experience and communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Prior management/leadership positions and experience with academic medical centers and/or public health systems are preferred.

**Compensation**

We offer a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai commensurate with credentials, experience and qualifications.
