The Chief of Staff (CoS) supports the EVP Space Europe and the EU Senior Leadership Team in delivering Redwire Europe’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives. The role serves as a central integrator across countries, functions, and business lines, ensuring leadership priorities are translated into clear actions, decisions, and follow-through.
