We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff to assist the Managing Director in day-to-day operational management working out in Brazil. Key Responsibilities

• Acts as an extension and support to the Managing Director working closely with the senior management team.
• Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that drive performance and accountability through the organization.
• Partners with Finance on LRBP and other financial reviews.
• Shapes major meeting agendas and creates content for webcasts, executive meetings and off sites.
