ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO to enable strong organisational rhythm, structured decision-making, coordinated execution of CEO-sponsored priorities, and disciplined follow-through across leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives. The position acts as an integrator and orchestrator, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum around what matters mostwithout owning line operations or strategy. The role exists to increase the effectiveness, leverage, and execution discipline of the CEO.
