Responsibilities
- Work directly with the North American leadership team
- Own the operating cadence and drive key cross-functional projects
- Jump on problems that do not yet have a clear owner
- Partner with leadership to refine strategy and priorities
- Build the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems needed to scale
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, investing, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, revenue, marketplaces, or another demanding generalist environment
- Demonstrated record of exceptional performance
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Strong analytical judgment
